GEAR EX 30

«Dr. Detroit» GEAR EX 30 is high energy shock resistant treatment. All multiple components in a gears system when engaged produce a grinding "shock effect" releasing a tremendous level of heat, which can burn and carbonize thus deteriorating oil viscosity, creating varnish, oxidation and rust on metal surfaces .

EX 30 formulation completely covers all metals with a heat resistant anti-oxide protective film. Consisting in a special blend of organic and extreme pressure agents that impregnates metal asperity , reducing friction levels to a minimum, lubricating and smoothing all internal components that are submitted to heavy loads also reducing operating noises , overheating and varnish formation which would destroy regular oils.

All this resulting in a much smoother gear engagement in cold weather and a lasting longevity of synchronic-mesh stages ,valves , gears and transfer shafts.

Regularly verify oil levels and make certain that oil is water free and no (whitish color) present.

 Direction

Add 350 ml of «Dr Detroit Gear EX 30» in 4 to 6 litres of gear oil or 5% of total volume of oil.
